Recovery mode not opening even after selecting it

Hey guys, today morning, I found my phone messed up out of nowhere. Whatever be the cause, It was not showing anything except the Marshmallow loading screen. I tried to fix it by going into recovery mode, things which I did :
1. Recovery mode : volume up + power
2. Navigating to Recovery mode (using volume up) then selecting it (using volume down)
3. It redirected me to the Android with red error image
4. Now, pressed volume up + power -> resulted in showing the menu
navigated in the menu and selected factory reset
5. It started its clean up but after sometime some error occurred
6. I restarted the phone and started from beginning once again but this time there is no redirection as specified in step 3
7. It just turns off the phone, and also normal boot isn't working.

I'm stuck, please help.

What is the model of the phone and what error do you get when you factory reset?

Often such booting errors come out when the partitions aren't correct, you could need to factory reset from your PC.
