Welcome to Android Central! Can you post a screenshot? To take a screenshot, press the power button and volume down button at the same time, and hold for about a second until the screen is captured. The upload it to this forum (it's best to do it on the desktop browser website, not the mobile site or the app).

It could be a wallpaper, although that shouldn't appear when the browser is open. Make sure there isn't some small transparent sticker that is overlying the screen. Lots of times these devices come with a clear plastic film that some people think is a screen protector, but is only intended to protect the glass during shipment.

Thank you for your reply.
I couldnt take snapshot for some reason.
Its not a sticker on the screen.
Its not a wallpaper, it appears morr like the android logo that stays in very very faint color (shadow ) in the back of ever widow you open in the phone but especially on a blank internet page. Main screen, internet, blank page, right in the middle, big red circle, a dot below it, android word below that and QUAD CPU word at the bottom. Again its not that obvious but its annoying.

Do you know if that full image was ever on the screen for an extended period of time? Some screens can get image burn-in, so I wonder if you ever had that image on the screen, or if that image was on the unit while it was on display.

Yes there was a sticker on the phone while it was in the store for sometime, its good you brought that thing up. Should I return the device or I can remove it somehow?

So let's be clear--is there a sticker currently on the screen, or are you saying there was a sticker on the phone in the store, and it's currently off? A sticker itself wouldn't cause image burn-in--only an image on the screen would do that. If it was a really adherent sticker, I could imagine the image on the sticker somehow staying on the screen glass due to adhesive residue. Have you tried cleaning the screen vigorously with a cleaning solution that is safe for screens?
