I'm having a problem with my led indicator. it stays on constantly when the screen is on or off. it is a bright red color. I do not have anything installed like light flow to influence it. I have all the notification options unchecked and I have tried rebooting. What is wrong with my phone?

Typically the red LED comes on when the battery charge drops below a certain level. What is your battery gauge (or percentage, if you have that enabled) showing? If you have the battery fully charged, is it lasting a normal amount of time, or dying very quickly? If the latter, then there's likely something wrong with the battery (although there could be something wrong with the charging circuit in the phone).
Assuming that you don't have access to another battery, I'd do a Factory Reset just to eliminate any settings that you may have inadvertently changed (or any apps that may be causing the problem). If that doesn't fix the problem then it's time to take it in or call Customer Service.

My phone has lost battery faster and my charger doesn't charge it quite as fast. Is there a way to cancel or shut off the led?

My suggestion would be to rule out the battery. Take it in to the carrier where you purchased and have them try a different battery.

mine also like that, same like you i try everything included hard reset but still not working, now my phone stay red whenever the phone is switch on or off, do you find the solution ?

One idea: download the free version of Light Flow, check "enable clear all" in the General Settings, install the widget, and press the red circle with the white dot in the widget. This is a "reset all notifications" button. You can uninstall the app if you don't want to keep it.

Notes:
I have the paid version, but I think the free version includes the widget.
I don't know if it will work, but it will only cost a few minutes to try.
Be sure to follow all the setup instructions. It takes more than just downloading to get this app working.
