Went to my local store in the mall and the place is littered with nexus posters....and of course the response is we have no idea when it's coming. At least they seemed excited by it though.

#Classic lol... "Littered" with advertising, but they can't even tell their customers a date when to expect it.. #marketingfail

You can just hear customers say..." hey that phone looks cool I will take that"! Sprint..." we have never seen that before and don't know when it will be released". Ha kind of silly

I just tweeted again with the hashtag mentioned before. Even an update saying it has been delayed would help.

I have giving up on this phone. My wife and I can't wait munch longer. :(

that's how i'm feeling - i have 3 lines with sprint but only mine is without contract- tho i'm not sure it's worth it to jump to another carrier - and i'm guessing the only sprint alternatives at the moment are the evo or the epic - am i correct that the other 4g sprint phones aren't out till summer (evo 3d?)

My wife would like to look at Windows phone. She is coming from iPhone/at&t.

I've been waiting for this phone for about a three weeks now- put my money down at BB first week.

I'm debating a switch to T-Mobile and picking up two of the G2x's. I'd have already done it but I can't find the HAC ratings for that phone. It looks as if the Nexus S has an M4/T4 rating - my wife is hard of hearing and needs that.

I just picked up a G2X this morning - back of the box says Rated for: M3. Hope this helps!

That G2X looks sweeeeet... I'm actually in the same boat.. im #1 on the pre-order list at best buy and am tired of hearing absolutely nothing from sprint on this..

I was thinking the same, I was so close to switching to Tmobile but with a $60 early cancelation fee and a higher monthly bill I will hold off until the Nexus S is released. (hey money is tight these days)

I don't know WHEN the Nexus 4G is coming, I only know I want it NOW on the NOW Network!

It's a shame that we have to wait this long. The phone came out nearly 5 months ago and its already being outdated, yet were going to be charged the same price as a phone that is a tad better. Unfortunately 'Pure Google' and the AMOLED screen has me basically sold, I just wish a few things...

The T-Mobile version of the Nexus S is now going for $99 and the only change to the new one is WiMAX (NFC?) yet were still charged the original $200. Thats upsetting. What annoys me the most however is the fact that we have to pay for 4G service even if its not available to us at the moment.

Gah, enough complaining out of me, just give us our damned phone already!

Also if I made a list of all the 'release dates' I've read... pretty big list =). I'm guessing Mar 1st. Please not 16th...

Just got off the phone with Sprint, and though I have nothing new release date wise, a new possible reason for the delay did come up in the conversation. Remember, this is unconfirmed as yet, but here is the idea:

Google is releasing Android v2.4 sometime in May. The phones may already HAVE Android 2.4 on them, and Sprint may not be allowed to release them until 2.4 is finished baking. Intriguing idea is it not?

Also, the original Nexus S came out with regular DDR memory, and the Nexus S 4G has DDR 2 memory for RAM, and the 16 gig ROM is attached to the motherboard via mini USB 3.0 (better than 1 gigabit per second). The original Nexus ROM was connected with mini USB 2.0 (Max 480 megabit per second). Pretty big hardware differences.

Thought you guys would be interested.
