Release Date?

I just stopped by the sprint store to ask about the "buy up" plan and of course asked about the Nexus S and was told it would be out in the summer. I don't think he knew what he was talking about

I wish I never lost my Tour, this is depressing. Why do I have to have Sprint? I want to go raise hell in a Sprint Store. But yet again I still wouldn't get any information.

Was just at Best Buy (isnt that how all of these thing start......anyways) and they have dummy phones and large foam board displays for the Nexus S 4G I took some pics of the dummy the battery door is different then the Tmo Nexus S it is a smoked chrome with black dots looks very nice. Check the post about the back being textured (which it is not by the way)

Also the dude told me that they havent starting and device specific training and the dont have any phones in yet.

ewwww, not cool. First the NS4G seems to be taking so long to be released, now I had to go and read possible coverage issues with Sprint :'( All of this is not making the decisions easier.. sigh

Wow... I failed at guessing this date. I was so sure it wouldn't be the 8th with the Replenish. First time I've ever seen them launch two on the same day. Sorry to those of you I doubted who have long been saying the 8th!

Phew, it's within my 30 day swap period. So I'll be trading in my new EVO for the Nexus.

Now I guess the question is will they be doing anything like letting Premier customers pick it up early?

My only question now is: I was in the test group for GV+Sprint # and I'm probably going to be cancelling my contract and pay the ETF then get this for 199 since it will be cheaper than paying the full price. Would this mess up my GV/Sprint # now? #confused
