Remove full screen system ads!

I keep getting these full screen system ads on my phone.

Have run trend micro and Malwarebytes and they found nothing.

They appear as part of the system and not as an app.

some kind of Adds like the 1ns - Displayed in the
AC-Mobile app when you open a Thread and scroll down
to read comments are difficult to remove..

Those shown on your screenshot look like >>Tabs created when
you visit ACentral site or Instagram,.Etc. can be closed manually
from the [x] button or the [Close All] shown below

Install a mobile Ad-Blocker like uBlock or Adblocker browser
can reduce the amount of Adds..Try it on and post results

I've done this and the ads pop up even if all my other apps are closed.
