Remove HTC lock screen and only use pattern?

I want to remove the HTC lock screen so that when I click the lock button, it goes straight to the pattern. Is that possible?

Not to the best of my knowledge, check out widgetlocker though, cool app

I used an app called myLock on my Atrix to bypass the slide-to-unlock screen, maybe if you use a pattern, it will jump straight to the pattern lock. Let me know if that worked.

Says right on the app page mylock is not for use with pin or password locks
