Remove recurring malware by flashing rom without a computer?

[AC Question]

I have been trying for days to remove this "virus" from my phone. I have done everything google, Android, and ZTE has said and everytime its still there. Pretty much found out it has rooted my phone and is hidden in my system apps. I need to flash my rom for my ZTE sonota 3 but don't have a computer or SD Card. HELP
