Yep, I waited... and waited... (think I got the phone in March?) Finally pulled the trigger last week. In a word: WOW. Speed is through the roof and battery life is vastly improved.

I got my phone in January so I am a little behind you, but I am getting very close to the HBOOT. I am just making sure I am ready to lose all current info and then I am doing it.

yeah, got mine in November and intended to replace it with the Nexus when it was finally released... I thought, and still think the Rezound is a better phone!

LOL ... It's not doing anything. It is still on that same screen. So, it's been 15 minutes. I am going to do the battery pull now.

Well, it's been 20 minutes now on my second attempt and nothing is happening. When I first boot up, I see a bit of scrowling and then that goes away and it just sits on this screen seeming to give me the option of a fastboot, factory reset, clear storage, simlock or image crc.

Do you think I am doing something wrong??

It takes a while to flash.by the way u may want to flash twice,some has had issues,others have not.

I had trouble with this last night found and that when the zip file downloaded it ended up in the download folder of ext sd card. After I moved the zip file from the download folder and went to hboot it started updating all by itself and went smoothly.

It should be on the sdcard but NOT in any folders at all

so if I flash this leak I will definitely have to reload all my apps??? Have the file on sd card just waiting to get the nerve to move ahead...big old noobie here

Ok ... after my phone reboots I will move that file back out of the folder. I guess I should have left it where it was when I moved it over from my computer. I hope now I can figure out how to move it back! LOL!

The silver lining to my efforts is that other people who want to do this will see first hand some of the issues that might trip one up!
