Yeah once you get it out of the folder and go into hboot it should pick it right up....

When I click on bootloader, it goes back to the fastboot menu. Should I be seeing something that looks like it is updating?
No you shouldn't have to.

Yeah my bad... When you hit fastboot it should have started updating... Check the things in my last post

Ok ... So, I moved the file out of any folder and it is just sitting on the sd card. I did rename it. After I clicked on fastboot, it took me to a bootloader menu. If I click on bootloader, it goes back to fastboot, so it is back at bootloader right now. Even though I don't see any action, do you think it is updating?

Well, as you can tell, I am new at this too!
When I moved the file over at first, it was not in a folder but just on the sd card. Apparently, that is where it belongs. I moved my file back from a folder to just the sd card.
No it isn't. You will see a blue line on the right.... Something isn't right
