Replacement glass for Samsung Galaxy S7

My phone's screen cracked in my pocket today. I called a local place who quoted me $210 to replace it, which is half the cost of buying a new one off eBay... does anyone know where I can get a replacement glass myself? Or is it a complicated matter and worth the money?

I recently cracked the glass on my S7 and had a local repair shop fix it for $169. They told me the glass is fused to the digitizer and just replacing the glass is difficult and time-consuming. So, they actually replaced the entire front screen/digitizer and metal frame edge. I also got a new battery with the repair.
