Replacing the LED ("persistent notifications")

I had an UMIDIGI A3 2019 that had a simple and highly effective LED for notifications.

I just replaced it with an UMIDIGI A9 PRO 2021 (Android 10) and to my dismay, the discreet LED is gone.

I checked a few options using flash or edges on Google Play but either they are device-specific, too agressive, not persistent or have ads like no tomorrow.

The idea is that I am notified even if the screen is off and it needs to be continous [persistent] and discreet. Flash is too aggressive to my taste.

Before I get in another round of trials, any recommandation or suggestion? TIA

Yeah most of those type of apps are for more popular phones like Samsung , most likely have to test few more see if any will be to your liking ,pretty much most phones now have abandoned led notification which will be missed
