I know this is an old thread, but just a warning in case anyone else ends up here... I downloaded a toolkit from that second link that had a virus in it.

I've used the tools in the referred link just fine, and confirm that it is not virus/malware nor does it contain such. That must've been a heuristic/aggressive/generic detection.
