Rerooting my Nexus 7? Quick Question

Okay so I had my Nexus 7 Rooted and after ther 4.2 it took away root but when I start it up I still have the Little Unlock symbol underneath the Google logo. Does that mean that the boot loader is unlocked I just dont have root access? or What? And is there a simple way to getting root back?

OTA will not relock the bootloader, but often you lose root. Re-root it the same way as before, check Zero Neck's guide to make sure you use the latest TWRP recovery and SuperSU zip file.
