Resetting default apps?

Is it possible to reset default app assignments like in android 9? I recently updated to android 10 and I'm having trouble getting used to some things, including to changes to recent apps, resetting default apps, etc.

Which phone? On Pixel phones, Reset App Preferences is now in System>Reset Options.
