Resize wallpaper?

Is it possible to resize wallpaper to fit the screen? And is it possible to shrink the icon size?

You'll need to install a photo editing app in order to resize your wallpaper. You can adjust icon size using a custom launcher such as Nova, but I don't think there's an option to do that using TouchWiz.
