Hey Adrynalyne. Thanks for this. Is everything from the 2.9.1 zip patch included or do we need to flash the patch also? Sorry, but it's not listed in the changelog. I kind of assume with the great work you do it would be in there, but just making sure.

Go to the first post in this thread, read the changelog for what is in 2.9.2. No you don't have flash the kernel separately.

I assume the GPS fix that was in 2.9.1 patch is included in 2.9.2. My GPS has never worked so poorly as when I had 2.9.1 installed. I will give it a shot and report back.

I just did a cold start and got gps lock in 22 seconds...

Its painful for Ti users.

FIXED IT. Going EB01 Debloated fixed the issue.

Knowing that 3G was always on, I knew that something else has to be the issue.

QCP messages from my wife's feature phone were coming to me as a jpg slide show. Reflashing with eb01 modem and samsung mms, clearing cache and dalvik, seemed to do nothing, as did scrubbing the phone per DroidX's instructions.

Used Odin to flash EB01 debloated fixed the issue without a hitch. Wife resent the same video, this time it worked. Previous pics and mms from her would not come to me, but now they are.

Adrynalyne, that said, if you happen to want those files sent to you from her phone, pm me your mobile and I'll have her send them to show you what happened. If it works for you, then I'm stumpped and will stay on EB01 debloated until 2.2 is officially released and the devs release some new stable custom cores.

ok i have a question related to 3g enabled or not enabled on my fascinate..
i enabled it yesterday and it stated that I had to use a file from verizon..
i enabled it anyway just to see what would happen.. of couirse enabled with nothing to test left me in the dark..
I dont want to get hooked by verizon, so if i enable it ,, does verizon have anyway of knowing i have it enabled it.???????????

I flashed this and it went through great! Now when I tried to flash a theme back on its taking forever to reboot... Tried putting NitroDark. Its stuck on the bootanimation. Any ideas?

SHOWOFF . I left my usb cable at home today. Good thing I had a micro sd adapter and my work computer has an sd card slot. Now just waiting to get my battery to an acceptable level before flashing.

How long is forever? If it's longer than 5 or 6 minutes, boot back to recovery, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, flash theme again.

Just flashed 2.9.2 voodoo about 1 1/2 hours ago can confirm that swype does work, GPS locks on in 10 seconds outside 25 seconds inside. Battery seems to be hanging in there. Will report back later about more and battery life.

Also- Just found out that you only need to push the search soft button once now to bring up google where as before is was 2 pushes.

Lost call log and would like to backup from previous nandroid.

Used 2.9.2 as an excuse to do a fresh wipe AND move to voodoo..
Which brings me to my question After a wipe/clean flash I end up with two apps for movie playback Movies and Video Player.. Curious if one is better than other and why a choice wasn't made for one over the other in the ROM.

you know , that memo kinda gave me a snicker.. no puns intended as i have no idea of what i am doing,, i just do it and if i dont like i , i use CWM to recover an earlier backed up version,,
