I installed the 0326, 0327, and 0327-2 kernels... Now I forget where I got them!

Also, how do I activate/change voodoo color settings? I have brightness at 100%. If the difference is supposed to be 'automatic' I guess I'm not seeing it.

Also, the voodoo sound controls... Downloaded supercurio's control app... does it only affect headphone playback? Because the sound out of my phone's speaker isn't any different.

Has anyone else noticed any problems with the google voice not working. I have been running 2.9.1 for a few weeks with very few issues. Since i upgraded to 2.9.2, i have noticed that when i click on the voice icon on the keyboard the usual "speak now" screen comes up, but it doesn't work. when you talk nothing happens and you have to hit cancel or back out of it.

I also have the same issue with the camera that others have mentioned. But it doesn't bother me as much as the voice issue.

Many thanks to Andrynalyne & DroidXcon for the awesome developments they produce. I am running this rom over the 3/27 kernel by jt and I couldn't be more impressed or happy.

Does anyone know if wipe bat stats works from cwm or do I need to use terminal emulator?

I haven't seen a described method of doing it from cwr...but doesn't mean you can't.. I have done it repeatedly from tu, and it seems to help, but you got to give it a couple days...

I do believe bstat got re-included somewhere around version 2.5. You can run it from CWM under Advanced > Wipe Battery Stats. Someone let me know if I'm wrong?

Problems w/ Adry's EC10 UV Voodoo Kernel

Has anyone been having issues? Ive been having a few. At first it wasn't anything major, just the phone would lag a bit when i was getting text messages. When I opened the Message and then clicked to type, the texts would move up the screen for the keyboard to pop up, but the keyboard didnt pop up until 2-3 seconds later. Sometimes that happened to the words i was typnig also, they wouldnt pop up without a lag. Also for incoming texts. This wasn't too bad.

Now Im having more issues. I had my first SOD yesterday during work, had to battery pull. When I checked my phone later that night after I left, I saw that three apps were deleted off my phone. (Angry Birds, Fatbooth, and Air Control Lite) Ok, everyone laugh at Fatbooth. Angry Birds was gone completely, but the other two showed up as installed on my SD card, but they weren't recognized i guess cause the Icon didnt show up, just as blacked out name.

So I reinstalled all three.

Now this morning i woke up and its not reading my SD card at all, says there isnt one there, so i rebooted. cleared Cache, Davlik, and fixed permissions. And now it reads it again.

Any one have any sort of clue of whats going on here?

In size it is identical to the jt3/27-2 and I am having a problem using VZ backup assistant...FC's

Honestly I think this is more to do with your phone than the Kernel. Possibly a bad Kernel flash. Download the kernel again and flash it.

If that does not work I would consider a fresh start. Backing up what you need and doing a data wipe and starting with a fresh ROM / Kernel flash or one of DroidXcons odin flashes that wipe data.

When you did the permission fix did you use the new CWM where permissions is fixed? Did you mount the /dbdata before running the permission fix?

Thanks, bat stats are clean and bat is reporting very accurate...multiple methods of stat wiping, i used termemu command.

No not the ROM, just flash one of the new kernels if you want UV and Voodoo sound. You can wipe cache and dalvik if you want to be thorough.

Grr I'd hate to go through that whole process again of wiping all data. Ill try re-downloading it again and re-installing it.

I have the CWM red... the 2.5 blah blah blah (too lazy to go into recovery and check) its the lastest one before Orange. All i did was click fix permissions, i did nothing else as far as mounting is concerned.

Edit: Just Checked, i Have CWM Red 2.5.1.... and i just flashed Adry's Voodoo UV kernel again. I also mounted /dbdata and then did a fix permissions, cleared cache, and wiped Davlik before i hit reboot. I did those wipes like three times. Lets see if i have any issues.

NOT REALLY SURE.

Yes for contacts only, great for exporting to outlook or CSV, oh and easy transfer when Galaxy S2 arrives w/4G.
Really not a big deal because new phones have micro sd and you can import/export cons to and from using VCF.

I have had gr8 success using VZWBKASS and maybe I just don't want GOOGLE to have anymore of my info than nessescary...paranoia about the cloud, so I'll use a different cloud...I must be twisted. lol
