Returned defective note

My day old note started to act up and go into a non stop boot loop. After taking all the actions to correct that I know of resulted in no luck. I performed 4 factory resets with no luck. I returned to best buy where they declared it a DOA device.
I ordered another note from AT&T it should be here early next week.
 
Good luck with the next one. Hope you don't get another lemon!
 
I know I will never purchase another device from Best Buy! It took them an hour to return the device and refund my credit card.
 
Samsung rep in store did not have the software for the note 7 yet otherwise he would of reloaded the software.
 
There are no devices for AT&T in my area in any color what a shame. The rep at the AT&T store said he could of sold 100 Notes since launch if they had any.
They gave me a S7 Edge as a loner till the note comes in.
 
I had to return mine to best buy also due to many issues. They didn't have another AT&T phone at that store, but located one in the mall at the best buy mobile. So I exchanged and everything has been fine. Well except for the lag in the gallery that I experienced on my first Note 7.
