i need a physical keyboard and dual core/4g.......is there anything ever coming out like this???

3 reasons for returning the bionic

1.)cant get used to the touch keyboard (my first time without physical keyboard, all i do is text and its just not for me)

2.) 3g, 4g, dropouts all day long, how many times do i have to toggle airplane mode in 1 day

3.)service at my work is worse then my og droid somehow

Well, it seems like the deal breaker is the lack of physical keyboard. If you must have that, then the Bionic is not for you. I have not seen any devices that are dual-core, 4G, and have a physical keyboard. The Droid 3 is nice, but does not have 4G. I'm sure there will be some dual-core, 4G, keyboarded phones eventually because women can't live without their physical keyboards, unless it's on an iPhone, for some odd reason.

yeah the 4g in the droid 3 is the dealbreaker for me because i do live in a 4g area. hopefully they will make something soon because this og droid is on its last days

You could get used to the virtual keyboard and be just as proficient. The problem is you don't want to like it because it's different. Sell it and get a blackberry.

I don't want to troll but, it sounds like you need an LG Rumor lol.

It really only takes about a month to get quick on a touch screen keyboard. I came from the BlackBerry realm, so I completely understand what you're going through. But after some time with the Storm 2, and then onto a Dinc, I can now type faster on a capscreen than a physical QWERTY.

As far as crappy service goes, there isn't too much you can do about that if you plan on staying with your current provider. :/

i tried practicing for 2 weeks and i already know theres no way i can type as fast on a touchscreen then a physical keyboard. the touch couldnt even keep up....plus on the og droid i can text without looking (in car) dont get me wrong i believe you, but im gonna stick with physical keyboard

Droid 3 had a great keyboard but I returned for lack of 4g for the next twenty months. I just use swype now.

It's likely that an iteration of the Nexus Prime, probably under the Droid brand, will come out featuring a physical keyboard sometime in November if you believe the latest rumors. You could opt to wait on that if a keyboard is that important to you, which it sounds like it is.

This is my first time without a physical keyboard too, but I have gotten to love it by using swype and the microphone. Speaking to the phone and having it type is even easier than the physical keyboard....and it's pretty damn accurate.
