Revert to stock without usb?

I will be getting a warranty replacement nexus tomorrow through Verizon because the micro usb port has gone bad on the current one, it is very picky about charging and the usb connection won't work anymore. My computer just gives me a message that one of the usb devices has malfunctioned every time I plug it in. I have been using FTP to transfer files.

So my question is there a way to revert back to stock without using the usb connection? Im unlocked, rooted, and running a bugless beast rom. All my data is backed up and ready to move to the new device so the only thing left to do is get the old one ready to go back. I've searched and all the guides I have found so far involve using the usb connection.
