revisiting 3G upload issue

Okay is it just me or is no one mentioning the high CPU utilization and android OS slow down during 3G upload? Read again - I'm not talking about the slow down of data transmission. I'm talking about the phone itself slowing down due to the high CPU utilization during 3G upload.

The Sprint announcement doesn't sound like it mentions this symptom. I hope the fix tomorrow will fix this as well.

I have noticed both the slow EVDO uploads (150kbps +/-10 or so) and the phone lagging badly during uploads. I too hope this update will address both issues, though I'm not surprised that Sprint would only use vague terms when describing the problem(s) and what the update may fix.

I know I'm on the edge of my seat.
