Careful on the 3rd party "premium" retailers. Purchased mine 3 weeks ago, they have a 14 day window. I called Vz complained and they gave me the credit. I Am Wireless is the owner, they are still selling the phone for $299. Everything there is over priced. That will be the last time I do business there. Tell your frinds to be careful.
That is very much so, they do not honor 3rd party pricing and policies, After the 3rd customer rep I talked to, didn't complain or get upset, I explained to her that I bought it from a Verizon store and had no Idea that it was a 3rd party store. I thought premium retailer meant that it was one of their better stores. She called the store and confirmed what I paid $299 and then gave me the $100 credit. I explained that I was not trying to get something for nothing and had been with them for 21 yrs. She was very kind. The so called loyalty mgr I talked to from texas said he couldn't do anything about price of phone as it was a 3rd party transaction but he could give me 59.99 credit for being a loyal customer. So in the long run, I made out and they spent more than necessary by giving me the run around. yippee. my gain their loss, this time. I do spend alot with them though so it will be worth it to keep a long time customer happy. It seems companies these days value the new customer more than the loyal customer. That's not good, especially when we still have choices. When I ran my business the loyal customer always got the better deal. If a new customer wanted the deal of the loyal customer they had to prove their loyalty over time first. I was quite successful with this business model. A lost customer takes 3 new to make up.
