Rezound Official ICS Update Shelved?

Goodness, this thread is top in views and second in replies for this forum. When will it end?

Hopefully it'll launch launch soon.

While I certainly understand the frustration of the delay on principle, thankfully there are no glaring holes with the phone as it stands right now. After using the blackberry storm and the thunderbolt, I'll take this phone as is, delayed update and all. And if I was upgrading a phone today, I'd still want the rezound. I'll be happy when the update arrives, but I'm just as happy having a phone that just works.

As the day wears on and it seems that no one (or maybe only one) person has received the update, I am growing increasingly skeptical of the validity of the ICS release.
Of course, if prompted, VZW will affirm and even say available since July 20.

I get the impression you are going to be really disappointed when the masses start getting the OTA, because you'll no longer get to sulk in this and all threads.
