Open the voicemail app....then go into settings

When I go to the voice mail app it does not allow me to settings. Are you talking about the green app?

Push the Menu/Options button (left-most sofkey) and Settings will appear.

I have done that, but their is no place to change the ringtone for Voice Mail

I have the same problem, I go to my voicemail and theres no settings to go to. I cant set ringtone! eh!
