Ringtones and Vibrations

I have a S9+on VZW. I have my phone set to vibrate but nothing vibrates it all rings, emails, calls, texts.... How can I get it to vibrate when set to vibrate?

Have you checked the 'Vibration Intensity' settings and make sure the sliders aren't turned all the way down? Also, some apps have an option to disable vibration and allow only sound/visual notifications (but that's on a per-app settings basis).
