After several months of insane screen flicker and spontaneous reboots, she finally died.

I guess I'll try Samsung support and see what they have to say. But frankly I'm not expecting much as it's out of warranty. 😢

Best Buy I'm sure offered insurance but did you buy it? Call Samsung I'm sure that can help you.

YAY! I just found out that it's still under warranty - purchased 12/14/14. Submitted a service request...waiting for their reply.

I'm happy to report that I have my note pro back in my grubby little hands. It took about a week...well a little more than a week for them to repair it and send it back in perfect working order. They replaced the battery and the battery connector. All under warranty!!

I like the keyboard cover you have on the picture! Do you use it often? I am playing with the thought of buying one myself. What do you use it for? Would you recommend it? Do you ever use it in combination with the stylus?

Hey thanks, I love this keyboard cover. I use it almost everyday to type my essays on Google docs.
Yes i use it with the S-pen and also I bought a wireless mouse.

The cover looks very nice and by the way the keyboard is removable too.

To anyone else experiencing the flickering/dying problems - read the thread on battery connection problems. Many users have replaced batteries when the problem was bad soldering on the connection on the battery itself. There are YouTube videos showing how to fix (easy if you're a Handler like me ;-) )
