Thanks. So it looks like that has the option to replace the icon or not from the pics with the pro version? Cant tell for sure but I can't with the free version.

don't think it replaces icon...it puts one in the upper left of your screen..
also tells you what is using the battery the most.

10/30 builds are up...no it's not 4.2, that's not in AOSP yet.

Yeah not sure when that'll be out. I thought it'd have been in aosp but seeing some stuff on Google+ it looks like the head of aosp is out for a bit...not sure how/if that affects things ...

Hey guys, I'm looking to install this rom on my toro galaxy nexus. I've been running Vicious jelly bean rom for sometime now. The reason I'm changing ROMs is I'm having trouble getting a GPS lock on my phone. I've read this ROM is one of the most stable ROMs out there for my phone. So, my question is what do I need to do to change ROMs? Does this rom have GAapps? Thanks for any help guys!

Step #1 is ALWAYS make a nanandroid.

Bugless has gapps baked in.

Back up all your non Google apps with data using something like TiBu. see the TiBu thread.

GPS lock is bad on this phone in general, its a known issue. Look for a ROM with AGPS or a AGPS mod, that should help you

Don't know but my GPS sucks in the Halloween build. The 10/10 build was great. 10/30 same. But the 10/31 has trouble with GPS imho.

He's pushed up stuff to github for both maguro and toro so i'm thinking he's getting it worked out. I'm hoping tonight or tomorrow but who knows

I haven't seen that really but the Gnex does notoriously have a lower volume but BB is suppose to have a fix for that.

3 things you can try

1) Use an equalizer app like Equalizer to give the volume a bit of a boost.
2) Install the latest version of franco's kernel, it's got a volume booster.
3) Go back to stock and see if you have the problem to rule out a hardware issue.

I'd start with 1 and move up to 3 to see if it fixes it.

Hey guys, I figured out what was wrong with my earpiece. The earpiece speaker was clogged with grease and debris. To fix the problem, I took a small needle and cleaned out each pine hole in the speaker. Hopefully, this little DIY will help someone out in the future.
