Just flashed this rom tonight and absolutely love it. I have not found a bug yet. This was my first time also and it went smooth. I just wanted something basic that I new worked and then go from here. But everything on my phone is great. I'll make sure I donate!!

Facebook app? It's because that app is built with a pre-3.0 target, so it's rendered as if it were in GB. (I rebuilt an old app of mine from GB to JB and it automatically gave me the action bar. Nifty. Now if only I had good ideas for apps....)

I'm getting some random crashes in the Gallery app while flipping through pics. Anyone else getting them? It doesn't display a message, it just disappears and goes back to home.

I jumped to Bugless Beast after running JellyBelly for ever. Got tires if some minor lag that it developed and the non working WiFi. BB is a killer build! Non issues yet! Great work!

I had audio issues again with the 4/24 build. I've reinstalled it a few times. Last night it would cut out sporadically during phone calls and the ringtone would cut in and out and stutter. I reinstalled and it fixed it, but I'm wondering if it will come back since I had thought it was fixed before then, too. It's weird. I can hit the volume up button to hear that beep and sometimes it is loud and clear and other teams it would be quiet and stutter, just from repeatedly hitting it to tell the difference. If it starts doing it again I'll redownload BB and try again, maybe something got corrupted in my download, but I don't know how coincidental it can be since I had this problem with the 7/13 build, too. I did a clean install btw when I went from 7/14 to 7/24.

I used Lightflow for on my Verizon Galaxy Nexus and now that I have installed Bugless Beast, it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I think it's a Jelly Bean compatibility issue.

Dev plans on updating it to be JB compatible. No ETA though.

Try Quick ICS Browser in the meantime.

ICS Browser+ needs the stock browser installed in order to function, while Bugless Beast doesn't include the stock browser, only Chrome. If you try a ROM that has the stock browser I think you'll find you don't need ICS Browser+ anyway.. they've improved the stock one so that the quick control ring actually changes options when you select something, so it does away with the need for the expanded ring Browser+ gives you.

I don't have a problem with Bugless Beast except for two issues. One, the text messaging app only recognizes some of my contacts' pictures. It leaves off the area code on some phone numbers and thus doesn't attach the contact to the text message. I have had to save some numbers twice one with the area code and the same number without the area code. The second problem is that the Verizon (My Verizon app) worked before on Bugless Beast but now it doesn't work at all. It says something to the effect that the log in client is missing. So it doesn't work at all. Even the Chrome browser won't let me log in unless I view the website as a desktop Page. It is very weird as the problem only began after installing Bugless Beast updates after 7/14.

Anyone try this rom with NOVA 3 yet? Havent found a way to get that game working on JB yet. Supposedly other users have gotten it working =/

Used the unofficial CM10 for awhile but had to come back to BB. CM10 had some nice options (which I hope BB can integrate later) but BB is so much smoother. Great rom.

I can't speak to the contacts issue because I'm not seeing that.

Regarding the VZW app though, I've had similar problems. I do not think it's related to Bugless though.
I had it working for a few days on the 7/24 build and then it just stopped. I had to jump through hoops to get it to work including finding the latest client login apk and side loading it. Then I got in a few times and it just stopped, throwing some connection error.

I'm sure Pete could get it working, I've seen it work OK on other ROMs. This ROM is built from AOSP and is meant to be as stock as possible out of the box. I blame VZW for not making their app installable via the Play Store.

I feel like my contacts issue is related to Haxsync but I'm not sure. I'm beginning to hate Verizon. I pay 114 per month for one phone and I have had the most issues with this phone. They won't swap it out with another because of the crazy radio inside because they told me it is a known issue (the radio turns itself off and then comes back on). They told me some update will be released soon to fix the problem. Verizon is always promising updates. I bet you that I cannot promise to pay them without my service being disconnected if I don't pay them.

Loving this so far. Updated from Vicious once AOSP builds started coming out and it polishes out the rough edges that I was seeing. It's solid, complete, and seems to work as intended. I tried Liquid prior to this and loved some of the options, not too mention the speed, but will wait to see the feedback on a finished release before giving it another go. A few too many features not working as needed just yet, but hopefully all but perfect when it leaves Beta. In the meantime, I will have 0 complaints using Bugless Beast.

1st time ROM'er...LOVING JB with BB. Newbie question: Can I go from the download I'm on and skip to the latest if there are a few or do I have to do each one at a time?

As long as you are coming from BB to a newer version of BB you will be fine. Just remember to wipe cache, davlick cache and format system you will be good to go
