It sure looks that way. This is very sad. Looking at the threads from other ROMs, this is one that the vast majority are using (though I know the other are great as well). We need to get this guy back! My phone is actually crying right now.
just my luck. I root for the first time, find the ROM I like, and 2 days later its over.

Nocoast, krylon and perhaps some others threw up a fit and started throwing around accusations that th3ory's thread title needed to be called a Kang because he used source from CM9, AOSP, and VZ... any and all of which was acknowledged in his OP. Its all chilidish selfish BS. Another amazing dev is lost.
Make sure you let those devs I named know how you feel and be sure to never donate their way.
I'm uploading Axi0m 2.4 to a mirror for some of you guys who are asking, in the spirit of sharing. I don't think DT would mind and his is the only opinion I care about. I'll edit this momentarily to share the link.

It would be unfortunate if 2.4 is the last of DT's work. Every revision I have loaded has been a further improvement over stock. Can anyone fill me in on what happened? The Rootzwiki link appears to be dead now.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, that ROM is using 4.0.2. No way I can move backwards.
maybe in 24 hours cooler heads will prevail and he will be back.

No, you are not reading wrong. I prefer support rather than dying ROMS. Plus, all the other 4.0.3 ROM threads seem to have complaints about problems and such.

These developers are like children. "The thread title was incorrect?". Really?
By the way, all these damn acronyms are driving me to drink. CM9,ROM,ASOP,GAPPS,EXT4,WWE.
Not sure what happened like the rest of you and this really stinks just hope its not forever

I know there is going to first be a period of denial (thinking he'll come back...which I'm in right now), then a period of loss and morning, then finally, we'll move on. Let us know what you settle on for a ROM. You led me to this one, so I'm probably going to follow you to the next one.

The open nature of Android is a blessing and a curse. The apparent immaturity of a vocal minority discourages innovation and drives away people who are essentially volunteering their time. This reminds me of the dev v dev wars about alleged kanging in the Tbolt community and it is sad to see that here.
