No offense to Bonsai at all, but I upgraded to Bonsai and would like to go back to EB13 due to the battery drain. Do I have to reload it and re-setup my whole system, or can I load the rooted EB13 like I did the Bonsai ROM without losing all my programs and email)?

If you want to switch to another ROM you can backup your pgms/data with Titanium or Mybackup Root. Then restore those when you get to where ever your going

Email is on Google or your ISP's servers, they won't be affected.
