I was testing it to see just how long I could make the battery last. I'm usually a heavy user, bit I curbed my habits quite a bit within the last little bit to try this out. Now I did so a little bit of browsing, downloading, tapatalking...etc, but nothing crazy. My next experiment is with a CPU governor so I can get even longer life.

Just in case you guys haven't seen, he released an updated version of 1.2x. Deck says it fixes the wake issue. Man...this Guy is on fire.

Good!!! Had an issue with that yesturday. Will jump over and download it a bit later.... moms in town for a bit and its my turn to entertain her for a bit.

Ok so after a long day playing tour guide I finally got some me time. Time to flash 1.2x and play around with it a bit. At this point most of the changes/updates that are being made and added seem to be small little performance things. Further optimization of file structures.....
There was a nice little cosmetic change made in this update.

I actually was just able to flash it on my phone about an hour ago and am very impressed. I did get to see that new notification bar yesterday when I finally convinced a buddy of mine to load a custom ROM on his EVO. That thing is really sweet. He did though send me a text a little while after installing it telling me that the Wiimote app, the one where you can use it to controls the emulators. Didn't even think to try that, pretty cool that it works. The ROM is only getting better and better, can't wait for the final result.

Looks like 1.2y is out now and it has the fix for returning to the lock screen when you end a call. That has been a minor annoyance for me so I think it's time for an update! I'm still running 1.2u and it hasn't crashed on me a single time! I love this ROM!! Looks like there is a new GAPPs zip as well.

That's the fix I was looking for!! I thought that was just my phone acting up at first but when I read about others having the same issue I was a little relieved. I'll be downloading this when I get home

Sure thing! 1.2y is rock solid!! Deck is the man! Got bluetooth keyboard working and verified GPS is working. Gonna send a pic mail to make sure MMS is working. Wifi is working, but haven't tried 4G yet. There are a few spots on my drive home from work that have really strong reception, so I will pull over and check 4G out to make sure it's all good as well. Smooth as butter like always
When I launched the Market app, all my previously installed apps reinstalled again! This was awesome. Make sure you turn your WiFi on first though, cuz reinstalling 30+ apps over 3G takes a while. Enjoy guys and gals!

That's awesome, was gonna flash it here on my lunch break...but have ran out of time. :-( Anyway...back to the grind. I'll check back in when I get home.
