okay this market is really starting to piss me off !!!! everything i try to download i get an error message , but when i go to "my apps" i see it there trying to download but the bar just keeps moving and nothing happens

Are you sure you did a full wipe before you flashed the rom? ie Factory reset > Cache > Dalvik

Yep.

make sure to be specific.. when you say FACTORY RESET, cache, etc... This should obviously be done from within Recovery.....

Until it works try using Download Visidon AppLock Android Application - Android Apps Labs

it is a face unlocker for certain apps on your android device

anyone try to update gmaps and or google plus and get a package is unsigned error? Based on CM use, I would think that i'd have to flash a GApps package, but is there even an ICS GApps package out yet?

no there is not its most likely a market error

edit if I'm not mistaken this version of ice cream sandwich we're running is not signed. Maybe that is your issue

Hmm... I'm not sure but that's the one compiled for the ROM, is there anything you would miss by not having 3.2?
