I've been having issues with the music player as well as the keyboard... I'm going to try disabling landscape mode. It seems to make it a bit less glichy

Thanks to all you guys who helped. I am rooted now but i do need a new micro usb cable can't wait till my new samsung one comes in the mail so i can flash this baby

just download the rom zip straight to your phone... it'll be in your download folder. you don't need a usb cable... use wifi or 4g though. 3g will take forever

It's been awfully quiet around here lately :-(

It sure has. Really wanted bluetooth working but I'm no dev so nothing I can do about it other than keep checking back. Still, beezy and the other's deserve much credit for coming this far. They basically gave us an awesome preview of the best that's yet to come.

Exactly. It also sucks to watch while drew garen releases a new beta everyday, each making it more and more like ICS.

Is the "battery life" reading in the Battery in settings a short coming of this being an SDK port instead of source? I let the battery run down to 4% and then completely recharged it, but it never changed the battery time now showing something like 2 days 19 hrs 43 secs which is not true. I even took out the battery for a while and put it back in and it did not change. Is there a setting for this or again, is this just because it's an SDK port? Minor thing, as I love this port and am still using it as my daily driver having temporarily put my Motorola Photon on WiFi (deactivated) only to buy this Nexus S 4g (activated) to get ICS as soon as I could.

No, so far the included kernel is the only one that works with it. I imagine it has to be an ICS compatible kernel.

Thanks. I tried that and it only refreshes the minutes and seconds. It is no way that with daily usage it should show "2d, 21h, 21m, 3s on battery". And only 80% discharged. Maybe I should back up and re-flash?:(

Maybe his girlfriend didn't like what he got her for her birthday and he is being punished.

You're thinking negatively. Maybe he's still spending the time with her because the gift was *that* good ;-)

Patience... wasn't that you, batting 1000 that said that. And by the way thank you so much for your efforts! I am going ( back-up/restore ) from cyan 7 to stock to ICS back and forth no wiping. It gets so tedious restoring contacts , apps etc. Keep coming back to ics. Of course I still have my DX on apex RC3 as my main phone. That's a joke, I use my phone about 2% to talk the rest all romming and internet. :D
