Don't let things get blown out of proportion here everyone.. I think the point FLOOD was trying to make is there has been people that have come along maybe not in the last few pages but throughout the thread have been a bit pushy at times. Comparing this build to what is going on with the 3g version is not fair either. Two different devices, sure they are Nexus but still they have their differences. Beezy has given us a good thing to play with and enjoy until the real deal comes out and for that we should all be thank ful.

I've done my own bit of ROM dev work, I did a ROM or two back on the Epic 4g and have dealt with the people asking for updates, changes, why this and why that.. Its hard.. We all get excited and want more but lets face it... These are phones, to some they are a daily toy and others a way of life but to ROM devs/themers & kernel devs they are simply just a fun project that we choose to share with others. None of us expect donations or anything in return except a thanks, some support and occasional input or testing help. If we ever do get a donation its something we really do appreciate and grateful for.

Lets say from here on out treat this like you would a Cyanogen Mod build...

Don't ask for ETAs, whats next, etc. etc... Just sit back, be patient and when Beezy has something new he will post it... He's not in competition or a race with others, in fact he is the one who started all this and has that little claim to fame over all the others....

Best part, he's part of the Android Central family and has really made everyone here at AC proud of what hes accomplished and done with something we shouldn't even be running.

Thats it... I'm off my soap box. Carry on.. :)

I think the biggest thing to consider here is that he's not getting paid by any of us to do this. This is his Free time hobby. So far I'm loving the progress. Pretty soon it may be come my DD but for now I think it drains my battery a little too quick, but that's just me and my usage.

Someone a while back mentioned turning off the GPS location and I've found that monumentally helped. Just sayin' :-)

@ Batting here's a flashable zip with the Download and Settings apk. Everyone can flash this if they would like to get the updated look. To see exactly what it looks like just back a couple pages Batting posted the screenshots. Thanks.

If you are the type that doesn't want to flash you can download the apks from Batting's post or download the zip extract the apks. Place both apks in the android sdk foldr that has adb in it. Then at the command line run the following.

Code:
adb remount

adb push DownloadProviderUi.apk /system/app

adb push Settings.apk /system/app

Either way works I tested both ways.

Everything is smaller of course but looks good to me I usually set it too 200 on all the rom's I flash trying to post screen shot

Here's 220. Looks pretty good! The dock looks out of proportion though. Thanks for the tip

When I answer a call it always answers on speaker phone. I doesn't happen when I place a call, just when I receive a call.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Need a flashable zip of the launcher. I want to change the LCD density too!!

Is it possible that NFC support could be added using the system dumps? I use Google Wallet at least once a week and have been holding off on trying this ICS port due to lack of NFC. Do you need someone to try to look into it or test? I'd be glad to help! Thanks for all of the hard work!

@Batting1000 - I use Rom Toolbox from the market. The free version can change density. See pictures.
