Something that I haven't noticed anyone post is that the audio out via the headphone jack is very low and also the phone does not work with the Samsung Vehicle Dock, which enables audio through the USB port. Has anyone had any experience with this to compare?

You gotta be on a TouchWiz Based Rom. That is a TW only feature

Yes I can confirm the audio out. I use pandora at work, and at the highest point it is like medium on even dk's kang ics. Also, flashed 1.5 about 2 hours ago and still getting los.

It worked on CM9. From what I've understood, it's kernel related. Some hacked out Samsung kernels would even allow audio from the dialer out (which the stock one doesn't), but I wasn't going to sacrifice stability for that feature.

Torch isn't working either. Going in to it, it looks like it's already on (light bulb is lit). I know it was working before all this, since my toddler likes to throw things in small dark spaces. Glad to see it looks like you figured out the cause for the problems though. I looked on some other devices running CM10 and noticed a lot of the same thing; CameraHolder errors when getting the cannot connect to camera. Some seem to have fixed it by replacing /system/lib and /system/bin files.

well if the camera relates directly to the cm customizations, strip the code from just the cm stuff and try and see where they interfere with the camera. If the camera is a problem in all other cm10 builds for other phones, it probably is just a piece of coding that the cyanogenmod team missed that interferes with the camera (unless im just ranting and you already know all this)

I get what you mean now. Yes, flash EL26. I thought that you meant you should flash kernel EL26 into this particular build as the kernel. Gotcha.

or better yet, if nothing interferes with the camera, check to see if adding the cm stuff takes anything away from what was there before

During Install. You cant install it. Will give "Status 7 Install Aborted"

Nope. Btw, just got my replacement E4GT (surprisingly, it's brand new and not a refurbished model) and will be flashing soon. Will report shortly.
