Re: [ROM+Kernel] MiRaGe-CM7.2-IHO (04152013)

What is you min set at.
I have an original 2.2.1 purchased in May 2011.
It has a "not the best" processor.
Never had a problem with setting the cpu to the aforementioned settings with this ROM.

I guess your cpu was dropped in someone's coffee cup and wiped off before it was installed onto motherboard. Lol.

Your welcome, I think UOT Kitchen could do it. Unless it needs Framework modifications. UOT doesn't go that deep in to theming(I think...)

Go to manage apps, market (play store). Clear data/cache. If that doesn't work, delete your Google account and re-add it.

I was doing that and it wasn't working. I did found a fix, I went to LINK2SD settings and changed the install location to external. I can download my apps with no problem now.

Yes, I had that issue too with a previous upgrade after following the instructions in the second post. Are more steps needed in that process for cleaning up/resetting? I think the problem was that /cache/download was full and you don't see it unless you know that you need to scroll down when looking at the storage info screen in link2sd. It doesn't fit on the screen, so it's not visible unless you swipe the page up to see the bottom. I don't remember the details of how I got it to be able to install apps again - relinking, cleaning, purging, ??? Could the link2sd post at the top of this thread be updated with steps to take if people are unable to install things after upgrading the rom because of the "package file is invalid" error which appears to be caused by /cache/download being full?

I always perform a clean wipe and install when upgrading. Never had a space problem this way.
I have Titanium Bakup Pro which allows me to do a batch restore off all apps I want linked. This allows over 100 apps to be installed and linked (once Link2SD is properly set up), with just a click.
Takes about 10 minutes tops. I set the phone down and do something else with that time.

I haven't seen a problem with maps, but I have notice 3g is slow...always thought it was just the sprint towers in my area.

Re: [ROM+Kernel] MiRaGe-CM7.2-IHO (04152013)

Ok just wanted to ask if any body ha had a problem with this rom or any IHO or Gb rom in general, because my problem with IHO roms are that when I try to wake the phone up it takes like 10 seconds to, the buttons light up but the screen stays off and I have to push the power button a lot, and this problem happens with most iho roms other than this one except Bobz but I want to try this one because everyone recommends this one and my daily ics is getting boring so I wonder if anyone knows about this

Re: [ROM+Kernel] MiRaGe-CM7.2-IHO (04152013)

Just make sure you check the md5 sum of the downloaded ROM.zip, flash with BobZohme, ZenGarden, or COT recovery and clean all your caches regularly.

Question: What all do you wipe and format before you flash the ROM and Gapps?

Yes I do all of that stuff always wipe everything in zengarden, the only cm7 rom that works for me is bobz, I'll try using his kernel and build prop on this rom to see if it helps
