Rom manager...how do I get roms to use manager?

I open rom manager, but under the download rom section it doesnt give me any options. Where do I find them at ? Thanks

nevermind I figured it out! running nos m7 now !!! I thought all the roms would show up in list....nope...you dl the zip, transfer to sdcard and then use rom manager!
