I don't know if people are still having problems with bluetooth but I am having a little trouble with a Jawbone Prime. My Plantronics 510 paired up no worries but the Jawbone causes a force close and wont pair. It doesn't get to the point of asking for the pin code... just force closes.
If I can give any other information that will help fix this I'm more than willing to help.
Also, just flashed back to 2.1 and the Jawbone is paired and working.

Hmm well I just tried connecting to my G2 with bluetooth file transfer, and although something did force close, the connection was still made. The fact that bluetooth enables properly dismisses the possibility of a kernel related issue. I have a build waiting to be flashed but am currently testing battery and performance on an older, but new build.

This is good news for me because I believe the fix will be an easy matter of switching out some apks. As for battery life, I'm at 66% after 18 hours off the charger with moderate usage. Lag spikes have been eliminated. Any lag with HTC-ime can be eliminated by disabling haptic feedback within the keyboards setttings menu. Disabling predictive text also makes input much more responsive.

Expect a new build by either tonight or tomorrow, depending on if I decide to fully test my battery or not.

Wow! Very impressed with latest build. I wanted to finish my battery tests before release but it just wouldn't die!

41+ hours with moderate usage. The second pic is to prove that I didn't do any charging during the test and to show usage.

I'm not sure but am I the only one who has noticed the lingering lag while texting or just typing in general...? It has just begun in 2.2.1

Also I seem to have an issue while in-call whether it be incoming or outgoing... I get this very annoying static as if someone were running sand paper across the speaker on the other end... My signal has been nothing lower than 4 bars at all time on my... I have gotten the same static in multiple different areas.. Any ideas guys? Nick? Any advice would be great!!!

I'm sorry if this was answered somewhere else, I went thru the first 50 pages and couldn't find anything. After installing the Reborn ROM, I cannot keep a 3G signal. Now I cannot get online unless I connect to wifi. :'( Was working fine with Thunder ROM. Anyone have any ideas?

BTW, Other than this and the initial wakekey issue that you fixed so early on, this is the greatest ever. THANK YOU for all the work that you have put into it.

I'm sorry if this was answered somewhere else, I went thru the first 50 pages and couldn't find anything. After installing the Reborn ROM, I cannot keep a 3G signal. Now I cannot get online unless I connect to wifi. :'( Was working fine with Thunder ROM. Anyone have any ideas?

ThunderROM is VC based, you will want to update your baseband to VD. This is also listed in the requirements for flashing the rom.

I am loving this Rom, so much has been improved over stock. Really good job.

Is there any documentation about the apps included in the Reborn? Specifically the power control widget, it has a list of settings but nothing to tell you what they mean.

Also why do I want or what can I use the Terminal Emulator for? Why would I need command line on the phone?

This explains why. Installing this ROM requires you to be on VD, otherwise you will get random problems like connection drops and handsfree activation.

There is a thread in this forum detailing this. In my experience, erasing data is always best when updating radios... Or try something like Titanium Backup...
