Try using a different browser some are tempamental...I used Miren and it downloaded fine twice.....

Try installing it again sometimes I have to hit the install button a couple times before itll take......

edit: well I flashed without clearing anything this time and so far everything seems ok.
I have three times now, but they've all been clean flashes. wiping data/factory reset, cache and davik cache wouldn't make titanium work wonky, would it?

Thats because your just flashing over the old rom.....what I meant was try installing titanuim again after a full wipe and fresh flash....Sometimes I have to try to install an app several times before it'll finally download....Not sure if it's my phone or a glitch...But never not been able to download an app might just take a couple times...

I couldn't get it to download with dolphin mini, but worked fine using the stock browser.

I new to rooting. I understand that things have the potential to get messed up if you don't do a full wipe. But since he was able to over the old rom successfully, I don't understand what would be gained by starting over and doing a full wipe.

It frees up memory...... My thing....I like to start fresh when I flash a new rom that way I know it the rom that has issues or bugs not my phone.....

man alive I am dumb but I figured it out. google was letting me download my purchased apps and I had purchased titanium pro's KEY, so that's why it wasn't opening after downloading like vignette, systempanel, beautiful widgets, etc. it kind of needed normal titanium backup installed too.
I did have one other stupid question, though--since this rom is overclocked, and I want to keep my phone running up to par for at least another year and a half, should I use setcpu or the like and set it back to 600MHz? or will it probably not make much of a difference for cpu and battery damage over time? I was planning to underclock a little or just turn off my phone when outdoors in 90 degree weather this time of year, but for the rest of the time would it really make a difference?

I dont think it really makes a that much of a difference....you might see a little better battery life. Nick put together a great rom this get good battery life.......As for getting hot its not enough to do any major harm to your phone.....I would just leave it set at 748mhz......But in the end it's up to you.....

I have a question that I'm hoping someone can help me with. How do I get voicemail notification to work? It hasn't worked since I had flashed Nameless ROM and now it still don't work on Reborn ROM 2.2.2. I know there are other posts addressing this issue but none of the suggestions worked when I tried them. I tried downloading the VVM client and Google Voice and neither of them work. Anyone know of any other solutions? Bc this sux not having voicemail notifications. Thanks

only been noticing that it stays clocked around 480 MHz more than before, but battery life seems better. Good job on the governor.

I have been trying to find all the setting related to the ringer. I just noticed today, a few days after I flashed, that the ringer/vibrate is not happening when I receive a call.
I have set the settings in power control, set the ringer, change the ringtone. Not sure what else I can check or test.
Any ideas? I kind of need this thing to ring, or aleast vibrate when I get a call.

Solved the issue; FYI the stock ringtones do not exist once you switch roms, so if you have specific ring tones set for a contact it will not correctly get reset to the new default ringtone. It will reset if the contact uses the default/overall ringtone. I have not been able to duplicate this with other custom ringtones on a single contact as those ringtones exist on my sd card.

That's the behavior I noticed a while back when I tested the smartass governor. I assumed/reasoned that would translate into worse battery life since the processor was being kept running at higher average frequencies than say the ondemand governor.

I thought it was a bug in the governor. Turns out it is a feature. I left it at 400 min while screen is on because it makes things a little smoother and it has to do less work scaling the processor. If you noticed, I disabled this feature in 2.2.1 but recently brought it back.
