After using Titanium backup I got all my apps back and data, but I dont see sprint voicemail. Is there a way to get it back, if not what do I use for voicemail. Thanks, and love the rom. My weather bug kept crashing so I deleted it and reloaded it and it works fine now.

Google voice is what is recommended in the OP. It works great.

Hmm, phone kept crashing and getting stuck on the black screen, so I dirty flashed, no help. It just randomly crashes now, even when I don't open any apps.

Just be aware that some people have discovered goggle voice sucks down that battery. They usually either revert to a older version of it or remove it.
You can download sprint voicemail, someone posted it on here. I can not look it up right now cause I am at work.
I removed Google voice and installed sprint voicemail & it works great

i've gone back to nameless rom v1 and seems to work a lot better battery wise. after 3-4 hours, my battery was at 78% rather than 50-60% with reborvn v2.1 wo google voice.

I Must have my head up my A**.
I still can not get it to go into the right boot.:confused I am only seeing the one option the SD and Zip. I need some help i am seeing double right now and have been getting like 2 hrs a sleep for the past two weeks cause of the holiday and this is a new phone as some one knocked mine into the pool the other night. Is there any difference in a newer models that are just coming out?

Thanks ahead of time for bearing with my lackadaisicalness as Vegas catches up with you a few times a year :(:-\;):confused:

Give the Idiot's guide a try. It isn't completely updated with the latest information, but it answered all of my "how to" questions.

I have been off charger for over 17 hours, been on this fourm 3 times bunch of texts, downloaded a couple of themes, voice calls while I have been here at work where my signal strength sucks and I am still at 70% battery. Reborn does not drain the battery.

Device no longer asks to mount SD when plugged in via USB

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but I searched and didn't find any posts similar...

Just flashed to Reborn 2.1 and noticed an odd thing. Wanted to load up a theme so I plug in the phone to my PC but it won't prompt for PC->USB SD access any longer. I have rebooted the phone, rebooted my PC, reflashed phone with Reborn; all to no avail. Anyone else seen this problem?

Do you have another cable to try?

There was a thread somewhere on here where a guy had a similar issue in ended up being his cable

Have not had any battery issues with reborn v2.1. I use it pretty heavily all day surfing internet, emails, and apps, and still have 50 percent when i get home. Thats with 10 hours of pretty heavy use.

Question, can you change the icon in the dock like you can with LPP? Not the actual action, just the icon?

What do you want it to be? It could be "Cooked" to your liking in a theme... or a STOCK theme with JUST the dock image changed. Unless Nick7 wants to change it in his ROM for future versions. :)

Its either that or the USB port on your pc. I know my lapity has one USB that doesnt work anymore.

My wifes phone had a bad port when that happened to her. It could charge but could not been seen by the computers. I think it was caused by the 1A charger we had in our car, only thing I could think of that it was plugged into. Hope you have insurance or its a $35 charge to have them "look" at it and determine it needs to be replaced.

Love the ROM and the launcher!
Did my phone a couple of weeks ago and did not lose any apps, did my sons phone this (upgraded from nameless to reborn v2.1) morning and seem to have lost his apps! Not sure of what I did differently this time

If you did a full data wipe from recovery, you lose your apps. You would have had to use Titanium Backup to back them up and then recover them. If you forego the full data wipe, you keep your apps. It's usually recommended to do the full data wipe to ensure a clean install.

If you made a nandroid backup on your son's phone (as you should have, it is in the directions), you can always restore it, backup the apps and data, then do the full wipe and reinstall Reborn 2.1 and then install Titanium Backup and restore all his apps and data.
