Not in the default kernel no in the custom kernel that's in the making, yes.

did you wipe data and cache? If not that's the culprit. If you go into manage applications find gmail force stop and clear data you should be all set.

Well I did a full wipe before flashing the rom. I went to titanium backup and uninstalled... note I have no option to restore. Any ideas

There was a time when Quadrant score used to mean something to me however those days are gone. That's not to say that Quadrant doesn't tell you something about certain aspects of a Rom's performance but honestly I've run Roms that have produced scores over 1800 on the incredible but the UI felt "choppy" so high Quadrant score doesn't = Smooth. Trust me when I tell you that you won't notice a difference in your day to day use with a Quadrant score of 100 - 150 points less than another Rom it's all about quality in the build. It's best to stick to the stock kernel as closely as possible especially if it's a good one which it is in this case. This minimizes problems you could run into down the road. Just my $.02 take it for what you will

Nevermind I downloaded cyanogens Google app pack from rom manager. Gmail is all good. Rom looks great so far. I would like to get rid of the location icon tho... but that is minor.

Because flash is installed in /system/app which is where you'll find it out of the box on a stock froyo sense Rom anything installed in the system directory is protected and can only be deleted in recovery or with the help of something like Titanium Backup or Root Explorer. As far as updates no worries guess how I got the updated flash to put it in this Rom??? I was notified of a flash update from the market then I pulled it off my device. You're good to go my friend for future flash updates with no problems.

Most of my apps dont show up under downloaded in market. Am I missing something? Also, lost a lot of my contacts and it wont let me add any new ones. Switching back to Virtuous till bugs are fixed.

Any plans to fix the bluetooth issue that Sense has with the Wiimote apps?

This is a great ROM so far, though! MUCH better than stock sense 2.2. My phone was great on 2.1, but went to crap when I updated to 2.2. Now it's better than it was on 2.1!

Found a bug, in ROM Manager when I attempted to Fix Permissions I get an error with super user permissions.

Regardless, I really like the ROM it has a great feel and smoothness.

I am looking forward to seeing this ROM continue to improve. Lou, great job.

Any plans on getting OTA Updates working through ROM manager?

Just realized the same thing. The ROM has Android alarm as well and that seems to work just fine and looks to be the default alarm now, not the HTC alarm. Lou, is this changeable?

Another bug I found is that if you are on the lock screen you can hit the menu button and it will unlock and take you to home screen, without having to swipe. Can you make a patch for.this Lou. I also noticed that while locked and when a call comes in the HTC style lock shows up and you have to swipe down to answer, is that normal. I thought the HTC lock.was completely removed?

I think Lou specified in the OP that the default clock is the Vanilla one. What I've seen with other ROMs is that if you want the "Rotary unlock" screen you have to use the Vanilla clock alarm. If you want to get the HTC alarm you might have to revert the unlock screen to HTC too. Maybe Lou can clarify.

Ok. I've confirmed your issue. I always have the pattern lock enabled, so didn't noticed that. Did you ever experience that with the stock Sense 2.2? Not sure if it's something that only happens with the Rotary unlock screen.
