Go for it, but if you encounter problems please do a fresh flash instead of reporting any problems here

Keyboard is working great! But I just got a reboot when I tried to open the camera. I re-simulated the reboot by opening the camera again and it did it after a few minutes of the phone being on .. Any idea what that coulda been?

Keyboard is working great! But I just got a reboot when I tried to open the camera. I re-simulated the reboot by opening the camera again and it did it after a few minutes of the phone being on .. Any idea what that coulda been?

Try starting from a clean flash (wipe date, flash, etc. ) because my camera is working fine.

On another note, v2.1 is a success. 30 hours into my battery and I'm at 20% with moderate usage!

What u want is a black shell rom theme. If ur feeling up to editing you could easily do it yourself. I would but I'm way behind as it is

just got back home from vacation...so i finally got to try this new version. Installed over top of v1 perfectly fine, only wiped cache. Everything seems to be running fine, only had to update the email client to work with my exchange server.

I'll report back on the battery after a day or so of use

the only other thing i might suggest adding is the 50% tws fix. i add that to mine, and it works perfectly.

Good suggestion, I'll include that with some other optimizations in the next small release.

battery life update. unplugged the phone at 20 til 7 this morning, and gave it a good day's use. at 9pm now, the battery is at 18% left. Battery use shows the following:

Voice Calls 35%
Cell Standby 31%
Phone Idle 26%
Android System 8%
Display 2%

Voice calls shows 1h 47m 31s
Cell Standby shows 12% TWS & 14h 6m 24s Time on
Phone Idle shows 13h 24m 24s
Android System shows 7m 18s CPU total. 223.88KB sent, 40.64MB received
Display shows 42m 0s time on.

Hope this gives you guys enough info. for the amount of use, it does seem to be a little better, not loads better. But, i am happy with the difference over v1 w/pickasticks kernel.

Any kernel! Although it already includes a modified picasticks kernel.
