[ROM] VCRom v007

I haven't tried anything weird... hadn't messed with anything... just was looking for it to boot... (I even tried flashing V01 at one point)

Here's a nandroid from my system... REMOVED

I have to restore my working nandroid, need the alarm clock to wake me in 5.5.

EDIT - I guess I could use the nook for an alarm clock, forgot about that. Busy day, upgraded NF to 0.6.7 from 0.5.9 on eMMC, HoneyComb to v4 from v3 on SD and went from LEGO ROM to this. Tired.....

VCRom 004 is up. New theme, all the problems you were having should be fixed as well :)

Do not post nand's!!!!! I deleted your link. Zefie is allowed to post them because he has a certain understanding. What other may not understand is, from a nand backup i can get every contact in your phone, every password you've ever stored .... everything.

Don't post any nand unless its after a full wipe data, cache, dalvik, and you clearly state that in the post otherwise i will delete every nand link. I'm doing this for the safety of everyone. Thanks.

Google Service Framework

Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly.

I forgot to get a logcat, but have to have my phone at work, so I restored back to my nandroid.

Wiped everything, flash VCRom 004, booted.

The phone boots and actually do not get this error until trying to link google account to phone. That was allowed even though the error popped up a couple times. Downloading from the Market however would not work.

If nobody has the same issue, after work I can get you a logcat.

The one thing I didn't try huh? Well I'll look into it for 005, more theme customizations anyway :)

Thank you...

It was after a full data wipe - and because I couldn't get it to fully boot, I don't believe I had posted anything that would compromise me... but I also hadn't really thought about that, and will remove it.

Thanks for saving me from myself.

I didn't download it btw. 005 should solve everyone's issues.

ah... hopefully this addresses this:

(will download again)

Most definitely. Tested it myself. I also found and fixed all similar logcat errors :)
Hell, I even fixed an LG error on the theme, haha

Working fine so far, linked account and downloading from market.

EDIT- Old Market, but I am cool with that, for now.

EDIT - ***The OTA update is asking to take place, and I am already on the new build. Is there a way to disable this?***

Not until I get offered the update.

Edit: try removing /system/app/Sprint_Installer.apk and see if it stops

I use Appbrain to resync my applications... the first time through, appbrain caused market to fc... I've been playing with market directly and it seems happy enough... (and then with appbrain again - and no more fc's...) though the market hasn't updated it's self as yet... :(

I used appbrain until I seen it logging a bunch of crazy stuff via a request to a .gif on their server. Might wanna logcat and check that out.

Anyway, I tease 006 for you. Gonna sleep soon then finalize it. :)

No Dice

Nope, that didn't work. Removed Sprint Installer, rebooted, immediately asked me to upgrade. Of course, I cleared it off. Get some rest.

I generally only have it installed for the initial sync, then remove it...
