MMS is not currently working for me with the 7/15/11 release but strangely enough it did work on the 7/9/11.
Was it removed? Also will the fix be available hopefully in the near future?

You can try GO SMS PRO from the market and set MMS manually.

Just sent and received mms. When I originally flashed the 0715 I didn't clear data, system, or cache so maybe that's the difference?

What happened with the MMS stuff was that I intended to revert back to the stock CM apns-conf.xml after the Virgin Mobile USA changes were merged in. Unfortunately I ended up leaving it out. So. Copy the file from the CM7 repo, from a backup, etc. The next time ath3n0s has time for a build it should work out of the boxl

Somewhat unrelated to the topic at hand, but anyway... I tried desperately today to figure out how to move my dalvik-cache to sd-ext, and link it all up nicely. But apparently I can't figure out how to make the appropriate changes to the boot.img, or something like that. So it keeps thinking that dalvik-cache should be in the /cache folder, where it was originally moved to. Now this is better than it being in /data, as it gives us more room for apps, but the cache folder still isn't big enough for me (lol). And it's especially painful since you'll run out of space in the cache folder long before you run out of space in the data folder (at least when you install/move a good amount of apps to the sd card). That's why I've started trying to get it over on the sd card, on the sd-ext partition. It may be too much rediculousness to ask, but is there a way to remove the mod that moves the dalvik-cache to the cache folder, so that I can follow any other guide out there to move it then over to sd? This is the reason why none of my apps will update through the market, and why I can't download hardly any new apps. I know, I have a slight app addiction problem.. But that's beside the point. Any thoughts??

See a couple of posts back for a flashable zip to fix mms. Can't help you with your other issues though. Hope this helps.

Ok, I'm glad I'm not the only one having the delayed rotation of the screen. I thought maybe my phone was just malfunctioning.
I absolutely love this ROM, but hopefully we can get a fix for that in the near future. =)

I don't often ask for a request in ROMs but in this case, is there any way to update the music.apk to the new Google music apk so when I flash the ROM the app is the new google app and not the music mod app
I know I can download myself (which I do) but it just looks weird that I have I currently have two music apps.

I was having some of the same issues with ADW both the included version and the free market version. ADW would randomly FC or the dock would disappear. I've never had the changing icons issue at all and I never had any of these issues when I was running ADW as my home app on the stock Froyo ROM.
Also, I second this particular request. I don't need two different Google Music Apps on my phone after all.

I second that the rotation lag seems to be a cm7 issue, not just this rom. I wonder if the other optimus lines have the same issue.
