I would love to try this ROM, but I have a few questions.

1. Is the deep sleep issue still there?
2. In the settings menu, did CM include the 'CM settings' sub menu in there?

Agh darn! I love my CM settings...I'll wait till that's availble. I understand this is an Alpha build anyways. But this looks awesome, great work jonny! It's nice seeing a forum member who is developing into an awesome ROM dev!

I don't know what you mean its same as cm9 never had those cm settings like in cm7...

Hey Jonny, haven't been keeping up with the builds due to work, does Alpha 5 have working microphone? Or is that still to come?

I'll probably be answering my own question here again shortly lol, downloading A5 now.

I like it a lot, but personally I don't see too much of a difference. I totally understand this is Alpha and all but here's a mini list

1. Not optimized yet, or at least Quattrimus felt a LOT faster than this atm
2. I like the redesign of the notifications, it let's me know what's going on rather than having to always click on messages to read more and stuff
3. Personally wish Jellybean had more visual tweaks? Idk I always imagine a new OS or update to significantly update the aesthetic but that's an unrealistic expectation
4. Visual transitions are improved and look nicer than ICS
5. Great work on this jonny, overall it's a solid build.

I personally will go back to Quattrimus later this evening as it is just better for me overall but I'll be watching this thread closely.

Things I don't like about this build:

• USB Storage won't work for my device
• ADB over USB connection not working (as I just tweeted, "*rumbles* ADB GET-STATE SHOULD NOT RETURN "UNKNOWN"!")
• OS has to rebuild cache or something ("Android is upgrading...") after every reboot

Everything else is pretty nice; those are big sticking points for me, though.

USB worked for me... I'm on zvd no patch

Adb USB no idea

And yes must upgrade all apps after reboot don't know why its prolly on a source level which I can't learn h3|| I'm on windows on a 90 gb net book so hopefully bob or zakman gets that fixed

Its alpha 5 but now I do EVERYTHING over my phone and I'm on the go honestly if I couldn't do over phone it would still be alpha 4 so I have little to no time makes it a challenge

Ah, random reboot while it rebuilds cache before startup. I'm not sure how long this experiment will run, which is a shame. I really want some high-end JB goodness.

Alpha quality sadly

Mms is not a simple fix to me its in the framework.jar in cdmas something gotta fix it.... hopefully before camera....

Alpha 5 is definitely more stable than 2 was. I look forward to alpha 6 or beta 1. Despite the little frustrations, there's a lot about this ROM that I like. Moving back to Quattrimus for now, but I'll be back.
