went to download HydroKernel GB and the link was bad would like to get this kernel anybody have a good download link

What the hell guys, I would have liked a step be step instruction guide on how to install the rom..... I need help here.

Where are you stuck? I would be glad to help if you let me know what part of the installation instructions you don't understand

UPDATE
I am throwing together an updated build at the moment. And I need someone to test for me. I do not have any major changes in the works, but I am planning on doing the following things -Add Goo Manager support, download and flash my rom (and others) directly from within the Goo Manager app -Update root package to SuperSU -Update all native apps to maximize internal space; i.e. Maps, Gmail, PlayStore If you would like to test, please respond to this post. I am almost done putting it together and then need to upload it.

Johnny, do you have GOO manager installed? I have about 25 minutes left to upload this build. If you just look for me on goo, in just a bit you can DL it and flash. It is of course a ZVJ rom. There is one apk that threw me while updating and I want to make sure it doesnt pose any issues on the OptiS. Because I dont have my optimus anymore I had to use my NS4G to update apps. Please make sure to do a FULL wipe. And of course, GOO.IM support also means you need a recovery that supports OpenRecoveryScript like Cannibal Open Touch to enjoy fully :D

I would like to install HydroKernel as well, but the links seem dead. Am I missing something? O.o

Hey everyone, I asked before, but let me refine my question. Can someone let me know what's the best way to minimize the restoring work one has to do after an update of this (or any?) ROM? The update/install instructions are easy to follow, I'm just wondering what's the most complete solution (could be a combination of apps) - I already use and cherish Titanum Pro, and I know I should only backup the non-system apps. Can/should I use nandroid backup after the update for some of the restoring? Can I backup/restore my system settings, and what about a small million of things like my home screen and widget organization? Is there anything outside of system apps, that cannot/shouldn't be backed up? I just have a feeling that I should ask this now, so I don't kick myself later for going the roundabout way for no good reason. :)

I'll wait for the next imminent release, so people can take their time to reply if need to.

Well, you really have it just about right on. Stick with only user apps/data and you should be fine (but as the Dev on this rom I have to tell you, any bugs you might find you MUST duplicate from a full wipe and NOT restoring via TB etc). After a few dozon rom switches you will streamline your set up to just a few minutes. Yes it is a pain in the butt, but better then living with bugs.

BTW all, talked to Drew and got permission to include HydroKernel within my rom so I will be throwing ANOTHER new build together. Incomming!

EDIT: Everyone, seems the build.prop edits that enable Goo Manager updates managed to NOT make it into the version I uploaded. I am uploading v4 now and it will be live in about a half an hour. Also included is HydroKernel ! Thanks to our lost brother to his mighty efforts!
