roms and call quality

will any of the Tom's help with the issue of the other person havhaving trouble hearing you??? That's the only thing making me want to rreturn the phone.

Hmm, I never had that issue while stock, nor have I had it with either of the ROMs I've flashed. Are you sure it's not a hardware problem?

i was on stock for a month and have had 5 diff ROMs on my phone so far, have not had a single problem with call quality on any of them, oh, and 3 different radios also.

I have had 3 different people say they can't hear me very well when i took it in they said they have had others with the same issue.

Oh yeah, I don't doubt that it's a known issue, I'm just not sure it's software-related. I believe some posters who had poor call quality at launch were able to get replacements from VZW and the replacements worked fine. So I guess it couldn't hurt to try some different ROMs if you're up for it, but you may just have a device with a bad mic or something.
