I used CarbonRom for awhile and was pretty happy with it.
You really should have posted this in the Verizon rooting sub-forum though.

If you're looking for stable rather than flashy, CleanROM Seven is pretty good. Flash the latest Lean Kernel, too, and you can watch your battery usage slow down a lot, as well as having a very functional phone. There are themes available for CleanROM, so you can make it cooler, but it isn't Android 4.2.2.
