Rooted and Side loaded, now what? Where is Froyo?

Please forgive me, I am as newb as newb can be. Searching around this forum I have rooted my Captivate and installed the side loader thing on my mac.

What do I do next? How do I update to Froyo 2.2?

I am very confused with the ROM thing and I found cognition, but don't know what I am supposed to do with it. I don't have a removable SD card.

Thanks for any help in advance. Trying to learn, just need some basic english direction at first.

You can use Odin one click method to 2.2. but this will leave you completely Stock as if you just got it out of the box from Samsung

1.Open Odin
2.Put Phone into Download Mode
3.Use ODIN to browse to all the Appropriate Files
4.Connect your phone
5.Hit Start , Watch the magic

How to put in download mode:

1.Remove the battery, SIM card, and external SD card if you have one
2.Insert the battery
3.Hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power
